𝗦𝗘𝗔𝗜𝗧 𝗘𝗻𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝗔𝗱𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝗕𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗵𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴

To enhance institutional practices in administrative services, the South East Asian Institute of Technology, Inc. (SEAIT) conducted a benchmarking activity at the University of Mindanao in Davao City on April 16, 2026.

The activity commenced with the introduction of personnel from the host university and the visiting delegates, followed by the presentation of the UM President’s Report by Dr. Guillermo P. Torres, Jr. through an audio-visual presentation 

After a brief orientation on the benchmarking procedures, the activity proceeded with an initial question and answer session focusing on general administrative and academic operations, as well as institutional values and practices.

Afterwards, the participants conducted office tours, where SEAIT representatives from each administrative observed operations and asked specific questions related to their respective office.

The benchmarking activity concluded with the sharing of overall impressions and comments from the visiting delegation, followed by responses from the host university, giving of plaques and tokens of appreciation and a photo opportunity.

This benchmarking initiative reflects SEAIT’s commitment to continuous improvement in both administrative and academic field that will further strengthen institutional effectiveness and service delivery.
