FIN 111C	Financial Markets (Lecture)	3.0	3L	This course will help the students learn about the fundamental concepts of the financial markets. This will discuss topics about the importance and purpose of financial markets, the trade assets in it and other principles that concerns it. Students will also be able to compute rates and prices of traded assets in the financial markets. They will also have a grasp of the money and capital markets, as well as basic information about the banking industry.

It discusses the basic legal principles in obligations and contracts that are part of most of business transactions. It covers introduction to business law and pertinent provisions of Civil Code of the Philippines and relevant provisions of the 1987 Constitution of the Philippines and other laws.
