South East Asian Institute of Technology, Inc. has been recognized as a Higher Education institution in Tupi, South Cotabato that has consistently adhered to its advocacy and program of affordable higher education for the Indigenous people and neighboring tribes during the Gawad Parangal for HEIs in Region 12 last July 23, 2021 at South Cotabato Gymnasium, Koronadal City

The South East Asian Institute of Technology, Inc. facilitated the Padyak 2021: "Padyak sa Edukasyong Tumpak" in coordination with the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) Region XII, with Dr. J. Prospero "Popoy" E. De Vera III, DPA as the guest last July 22, 202. The opening and kick-off ceremony was held at Britannika Golf Course and Country Club at Brgy. Linan, Tupi South Cotabato.The primary goal of the activity is to commemorate the success of access to free education across the region.

The Bachelor of Bachelor of Technology & Livelihood Education major in ICT was added to the CTE programs.
The Bachelor of Science in Agriculture, specializing in Animal and Crop Science, and a Bachelor of Secondary Education majoring in Filipino and General Science were offered.
CHED granted SEAIT to offer the Bachelor of Secondary Education major in Social Studies, Bachelor of Science in Social Work, and Bachelor of Agricultural Technology
The Bachelor of Science in Fisheries and the Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education were added to the CAF and CTE Programs.
SEAIT was granted government recognition from the Department of Education (DepEd) for the K-12 Program.
The CHED granted SEAIT to offer a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture.
The Bachelor of Science in Criminology was introduced.
The Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education major in English and Mathematics, the Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education, and the Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering were offered.
CHED granted SEAIT to offer the laddered Bachelor of Science in Hotel Management and Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Marketing Management.
The Commission on Higher Education (CHED) granted SEAIT to offer a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology.
The Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) granted SEAIT to offer a 2-year diploma in Hotel and Restaurant Management.
The birth of SEAIT was spearheaded by Mr. and Mrs. Reynaldo S.Tamayo Jr. It offers Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) Programs- 2 Year Diploma in Computer Programming NC IV and Computer Hardware Servicing NC II.
